Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although a bit small for the bigger double room option and feeling a bit old, were overall large, clean, and came with a wonderful green tea touch. The service was exceptional, as they arranged a large car taxi pick up for my morning flight and the staff was incredibly polite - almost to the point of being embarrassing. The location, while somewhat distant from the main street in Naha at 1.6 km in a residential area on top of a hill, turned out to be a great decision due to its cleanliness and easy access to key areas like Kakusai Dori and the main tourist street.
